Green Team Garden Day was a success!
Our Green Team and Environmental Science students worked together to fill the garden beds with fresh soil and compost, level everything out, and plant a beautiful mix of perennials—daffodils, tulips, and other native flowers that will return stronger each spring.
Special thanks to our maintenance crew, Mr. Rob and Mr. Tommy, for their tremendous help. We are forever grateful for their support.
A big thank you to Marion S. and Mariya V., despite the rain, we came together and got it done. Truly impressive teamwork!
We also want to thank PS 5 for kindly allowing us to borrow tools to make this possible.
And the best part… we have composting now—plus WORMS!
