However, when the teacher says the magic words “you can work together”, you get delighted as if all the pressure has been taken off your chest. You know that now the workload has significantly decreased. However, that does not mean you give the whole workload to your partners, it means you divide the work. This makes the task amusing and tranquil. On the other hand, if you want this project to be a success you will need use teamwork skills.Explore 2000 is a very collaborative school in which the facilitators try to grab any opportunity they can to let the class work together. Teamwork has made me a better student. It has unlocked my social side because you need to interact with other pupils. I have made many great projects with my fellow students using teamwork skills. I have gained an abundance of knowledge when I do such projects. I learned about their individual interests and opinions about the assignment. Using the knowledge I learn from others, I make my present projects better. So I try to participate in collaborative projects as much as I can.
When I work with a team, I create a bond with my teammates it feels like we are a family. It becomes less pressurized and more fun. I am my true self when I am working in a team. We all make a friendship between each other which results in us working together better. Everyone in Explore 2000 considers themselves as a family member. We work together very well and always achieve success.
