Mr. Cardone is happy to be going into his fifth year as the Physical Education teacher at Explore Middle School. After graduating from North Bergen High School, Mr. Cardone accepted a Division 2 scholarship to play baseball at Bloomfield College. Through careful consideration he then transferred to Montclair State University where he graduated with his B.A. in Science with a concentration in Health and Physical Education. Mr.Cardone brings high energy and positivity everyday to all his students. In addition to teaching the many sports we learn at Explore, he also runs the Intramural program after school.  Mr. Cardone’s goal is for all students to take away lessons from his class regarding teamwork, specifically communication, social interaction, and knowledge of unique and fun ways to exercise and stay healthy throughout their lives. Outside of the gymnasium, Mr. Cardone enjoys traveling to Disney World, visiting different MLB stadiums, and  playing competitive slow pitch softball.
